HELLAS VERONA admit they are waiting on the right offer for winger Juan Iturbe.
The Argentina Under-20 international spent last season on loan at the Serie A club before completing a permanent £12.5m move in May.
Verona bought the 21-year-old with the intention of selling in the summer to make a profit, with Arsenal and Liverpool understood to be lining up moves for his services.
The Premier League pair definitely have the budget, with Verona having slapped a £24m price-tag on the youngster last month.
And sporting director Sean Sogliano admits the club will not sell the player until they receive the right offer.
"We all know that Iturbe is a special player," Sogliano said.
"We cannot hide the fact he is at the centre of important negotiations.
"He is aware of what the situation is, there are possibilities that he will join a big club.
"Even though all the focus is on him, he is calm and aware that he could have the opportunity of his life.
"He knows that if an offer that we consider fair arrives then he will leave."
