Brendan Rodgers is set to take Liverpool's summer spending close to the £100million mark - and has set his sights on Chelsea defender Ryan Bertrand next.
Moves for QPR striker Loic Remy, Southampton defender Dejan Lovren and Belgium frontman Divock Origi are close to completion.
Remy will cost £8.5m and has agreed a four-year deal.
Lovren is also expected to sign in the coming days for around £20m with Saints boss Ronald Koeman softening his stance on the Croatian international.
Origi will be a £10m acquisition but will be loaned back to Lille this season as part of the deal.
The near-£30m trio will take Rodgers' summer signings to SEVEN, following Rickie Lambert, Emre Can, Adam Lallana and Lazar Markovic to Anfield.
But Liverpool will continue to spend, with an £8m move for Blues left-back Bertrand revived.
Chelsea are willing to sell and Rodgers wants the 24-year-old, but the fee is holding up the move.
Rodgers has also missed out on Ben Davies to Tottenham and is growing frustrated with the pursuit of Sevilla's Alberto Moreno.
