Liverpool FC transfer speculation today sees Brendan Rodgers linked with a summer move for Manchester City's Micah Richards.
The 25-year-old England defender was targeted by Brendan Rodgers last month but no deal was forthcoming though Etihad Stadium boss Manuel Pellegrini may well be far more likely to sell the bit-part player in the summer.
Richards has started just two Premier League fixtures this season with the likes of Vincent Kompany, Joleon Lescott Matija Nastasic and Martin Demichelis all ahead of him in the central defensive pecking order whilst consistent Argentine Pablo Zabaleta bars his way in the right-back slot.
Meanwhile, Seydou Keita has revealed that he was in 'advanced talks' with Liverpool before deciding to leave China for a return to La Liga with Valencia.
