Liverpool are believed to be seeking a deal for Yevhen Konoplyanka, with the Dnipro wideman tipped to move on in January.
Brendan Rodgers is looking to add another wide player to his squad and there appear to be three potential options.
Blackpool's Tom Ince continues to be linked with a possible return to Anfield, while Bayern Munich's highly-talented Swiss international Xherdan Shaqiri is another player on the Reds' list of targets.
Konoplyanka appears the more likely capture but there is plenty of competition for his signature, with the 24-year-old impressing onlookers for both club and country.
The Ukraine international has been a target in the past for Dynamo Kiev, but it has been suggested that Dnipro would rather sell to another club and not to a domestic rival.
Any deal for the winger, who has scored eight goals in 35 appearances for his country, is likely to cost in the region of £15million.
