Liverpool are considering a move for Benfica forward Raul Jimenez but will have to pay up to £50 million, according to Portuguese publication O Jogo.

Jurgen Klopp is looking to strengthen his attacking options in the summer having spent large parts of the season without Daniel Sturridge and Danny Ings through injury.

Roberto Firmino has led the Reds line this term, scoring six goals and assisting three more, though is not considered an out-and-out striker.

Jiminez, a Mexico international, has scored 20 goals in 63 appearances for the Portuguese giants since his arrival in 2015.
