Liverpool have reportedly had a £12million opening transfer offer turned down for Dinamo Zagreb midfielder Marko Pjaca.

The talented 21-year-old has caught the eye of a number of top clubs in recent times, and is also a top target for Inter Milan and AS Roma.
Liverpool make £12m bid for Euro 2016 midfielder

Liverpool are sure to make changes to their squad this summer as Jurgen Klopp begins his first full season at Anfield, and it seems Pjaca is one name on his agenda.

The German worked well with young players at previous club Borussia Dortmund, but may have to spend more to land Pjaca, according to Gazzetta dello Sport.

Liverpool have failed with a £12m bid and it remains to be seen how much higher they’d be willing to go for the Croatian international.
