Young Reds suffer Germany loss

Conor Coady was on the mark as a young Liverpool side lost 2-1 to Borussia Dortmund in Germany in the NextGen Series on Wednesday night.

The home side took the lead before Coady equalised for the U19s after 64 minutes.

The Reds created some good openings but couldn't take their chances and Dortmund found the winner 12 minutes from time.

Liverpool team: Belford, McLaughlin, Smith, Sama, Jones, Coady, Ibe (Peterson 75), Pelosi, Morgan, Adorjan, Gainford (Sinclair 60).

We are losing left and right. We need the LFC winning mentality back as soon as possible, starting with the first team. Not good enough for a club of this stature. YNWA
