Jose Enrique was voted your star man during the goalless draw with Swansea City on Sunday, in a poll on this website.

Liverpool's No.3 picked up 29 per cent of the total votes cast to finish ahead of Glen Johnson (22 per cent) and in equal third Pepe Reina and Luis Suarez (10 per cent).

Johnson received the Liverpoolfc.com journalists' plaudit.

What is this I am hearing about Brendan saying tha fans should not expect LFC to spend much in January as we are still in the process of balancing the books? Please someone explain.
