It's once again time for you to select your Standard Chartered Player of the Month.

December saw Luis Suarez continue to scale the scoring charts, Stewart Downing and Pepe Reina return to top form and Steven Gerrard produce consistently excellent displays - while others have also impressed.

Make your selection now and then we'll present the winner with champagne and a trophy at Melwood in early January.
