The Liverpool squad today got a helping hand from the British weather as they look to acclimatise to the freezing conditions that await them in St Petersburg.
Gerrard and co endured snow and sub-zero temperatures when they trained at Melwood early this morning before heading to John Lennon Airport - perfect preparation for the minus two they can expect in Russia tomorrow during the Europa League clash with Zenit.
