Currently away with England U21s, Jonjo Shelvey smashed a beautiful goal in training on Monday – and you can watch a free clip of the midfielder's effort now.

Picking up the ball at the left edge of the area, the 20-year-old spins around a tackle, regains his balance and fires a pinpoint strike into the far corner.
