Martin Skrtel was Liverpool's man of the match in Sunday's goalless draw at Manchester City, according to fans who voted in our online poll.

The Slovakian international made a brilliant tackle to deny Emmanuel Adebayor a winner and was a rock solid figure at the back.

I was so impressed by the defence they were excellent good awairness by skrtel to deny adde the one on one chance hopely with the return of Nando the perfomance will spreade upfront
