Liverpool loanees Michael Ngoo and Jay Spearing enjoyed more success at their respective clubs on Tuesday evening, helping Hearts and Bolton secure three points.
Ngoo, who has struck three goals in nine matches since arriving at Tynecastle, created both goals as the Scottish side beat St. Johnstone 2-0.
Defender Danny Wilson played the full 90 minutes during the match too, as Hearts climbed above St. Mirren to 10th in the Scottish Premier League standings.
Spearing was also celebrating a victory last night as Wanderers secured a 1-0 triumph at home to Blackburn Rovers courtesy of a stoppage-time strike by Chris Eagles.
The win saw Bolton rise to ninth in the Championship and boost their hopes of a play-off berth.
