Dirk Kuyt featured for 45 minutes as Holland warmed up for the World Cup with a 6-1 thrashing of Hungary on Saturday afternoon.
The Reds forward was replaced at the interval by Arjen Robben, who went on to score two goals before being taken to hospital with a hamstring injury that could yet rule him out of the tournament in South Africa.
Ryan Babel was an unused substitute for Bert van Marwijk's men while Peter Gulacsi and Krisztian Nemeth were on the bench for Hungary.
Elsewhere, Daniel Agger played 70 minutes as Denmark suffered a disappointing 1-0 defeat against South Africa. The winning goal came six minutes after the Liverpool defender was replaced by William Kvist Jorgensen.
