Meet Mighty Red in Liverpool One

If you're out and about in Liverpool city centre on Thursday in an attempt to beat the Christmas crowds and snap up some special LFC gifts for the family you could be in for a big surprise.

Mighty Red, the club's official mascot, will also be doing the rounds in Liverpool One - and he's scheduled some time to drop by the club store and mingle with the supporters.

Mighty will be on hand between 3.30pm and 4pm before returning for a second stint between 4.30pm and 5pm on Thursday.

It will be an ideal chance for some of the younger fans to meet our mischievous mascot and should prove fun for all the family - so be sure to get down to the club store, on South John Street, on Thursday afternoon.

Every day in the build up to Christmas we'll also be previewing a different piece of LFC merchandise from our online store. Buy any of the items this week and you will be entered into a prize draw to win a signed ball.
