Reds defender Ryan McLaughlin was among the goalscorers as Northern Ireland U19s thrashed Moldova 8-1 in their European U19 Championship qualifier.
Northern Ireland were already 4-0 in front when the 18-year-old struck in the 40th minute, and Stephen Robinson's side added another three goals in the second half.
The massive victory was not enough for McLaughlin and co to progress to the next stage, however, as Northern Ireland finished third in Group 4, behind Czech Republic and Greece.
McLaughlin has yet to make a first-team appearance for Liverpool but was included in Brendan Rodgers' squad for the pre-season tour of North America and featured in the friendly against Roma.
