Lucas Leiva is back in the Liverpool line-up for the first time since August as the Reds take on Southampton at Anfield on Saturday.

Brendan Rodgers has named the Brazilian in his XI for the visit of the Saints, while Jonjo Shelvey is handed a start in support of Raheem Sterling and Luis Suarez.

The Reds team in full is: Reina, Johnson, Enrique, Skrtel, Agger, Lucas, Allen, Gerrard, Shelvey, Sterling, Suarez. Subs: Jones, Sahin, Henderson, Downing, Carragher, Suso, Wisdom.
