Liverpool U18s take on Sunderland at the Kirkby Academy on Saturday - watch the game live on LFC TV and online from 12.15pm GMT.

Kick-off is at 12.30pm. Join Claire Rourke alongside former Reds Mark Wright and Neil Mellor for the best build-up to the game from 12.15pm.

The young Reds will be hoping to bounce back from the Lisbon disappointment and get a victory ahead of Thursday's FA Youth Cup tie with Leeds United at Anfield.

So far in the second tier of the U18 Academy league, Steve Cooper's side have drawn 1-1 with West Brom and lost last weekend 1-0 at Wolves, so they will be hoping to get back to winning ways on Saturday.

Mr Rodgers may not like to hear this, but we have been on a downward slide at Kirkby for quite sometime now. Sue me if you will, but I will continue to hold you responsible. And, I am very much a current fan - not a Former Fan :)
