Liverpool Football Club today sent their thoughts and prayers to young Reds fan Lewis Mighty and his family.

The seven-year-old had been thought to be recovering from neuroblastoma - a rare form of cancer - however, doctors confirmed last week it had returned and spread to his vital organs.
It's believed Lewis now just has days to live.
Since last night, thousands of people across the world have posted message of support to him on social-media website Twitter using the hash tag #PrayForLewisMighty. Please spare a minute to Tweet the hash tag and show your support for the youngster.
A website has also been created for people to donate to the Lewis Mighty Fund, which you can visit by clicking here>>
In addition, you can visit the Lewis Mighty Fund Facebook page>>
Everybody at Liverpool FC would like Lewis to know the entire LFC family is thinking of him at this time.
