LFC launch Arabic Twitter

Liverpool FC is delighted to announce the launch today of a new official Arabic Twitter account.

The new account - @LFC_Arabic - is only the second Arabic Twitter account to be launched by a Barclays Premier League club and the first by one not under Arab ownership.

Unveiled to fans on January 1, @LFC_Arabic has already established itself as Liverpool's third most popular international twitter account behind @OfficialLFC_ID (Indonesia) and @ThaiLFC (Thailand), both of which were launched in November 2012.

The account, which tweets exclusively in Arabic, will bring news, interviews, pictures and match coverage direct from Anfield to Arabic-speaking fans all over the world and follows the recent launch of international LFC accounts for India and French- and Spanish-speakers.

GREEEEAAAAT News!!!! Finally arabs liverpool fans get some recognition !!!! Hopefully more will come to liverpool fans in middle east, hopefully we will be able to see liverpool fc in friendly match soon in the middle east region.. A match in Dubai will be ideal to the fans here .. Who are huge base of fans by the way!!
