LFC face trip to Mansfield in FA Cup

Liverpool will face Mansfield Town in the FA Cup third round after the Conference side beat Lincoln City on Wednesday night.

The replay ended 2-1, meaning Brendan Rodgers will take his men to Field Mill on Sunday, January 6 for a 4pm kick-off that will be screened live on ESPN.

Mansfield are currently eighth in the Conference Premier, which is one tier below the Football League.

The two clubs have met once before in a 1970 League Cup clash that Liverpool won on a replay.
