Liverpool's late winner in the 3-2 win at West Ham has been awarded to Jonjo Shelvey, the Premier League Dubious Goals Panel announced on Thursday.
It was initially credited as an own goal by Hammers defender James Collins, but after viewing it again the panel have awarded the strike to stand-in No.9 Shelvey.
This takes Shelvey's tally for 2012-13 to five goals with the West Ham winner now being his first in the top-flight this season.
