Nuri Sahin discusses his excellent run of form and Steven Gerrard takes a stroll around The Mere Golf resort with presenter Peter McDowall to chat about the season so far in this week's Inside Melwood.

LFC TV online subscribers can watch the skipper discuss the aims of his Steven Gerrard Foundation as it enters its second year and the 32-year-old also praises manager Brendan Rodgers and the influx of young players into the Liverpool squad.

The episode will air on LFC TV on Thursday, October 4 at 6.30pm and 10.30pm. It will then be repeated on Saturday, October 6 at 9pm and Sunday, October 7 at 1pm.
