Stewart Downing displayed unerring precision when he fired in Liverpool's equaliser against Tottenham on Sunday – but that wasn’t the only accurate aspect of his performance in the 3-2 win.
The winger enjoyed a fine game and was the most accurate passer on the field, finding a teammate 95.7 per cent of the time from 23 attempts.
Downing, along with Steven Gerrard, also served up the most crosses for Liverpool (three), while Gareth Bale whipped in seven centres for Spurs and also had more shots at goal than anyone else - six. Only one was on target, however.
Kyle Walker was the next best passer with an accuracy rate of 93.3 per cent - and the Tottenham defender also touched the ball more than anyone else on 83 occasions. Lucas had 70 touches for Liverpool.
