It promises to be one of the most emotional Anfield moments in recent history – the sight of Jamie Carragher departing the famous turf as a Liverpool player for the final time.
And his charity, the 23 Foundation, is offering Reds fans the chance to commemorate the moment - which could be against QPR on May 19 - with a special signed bundle of his last shirt and programme.

The signed shirt will boast uniquely embroidered Liverpool crests and have 'Carra' printed on the back.
Underneath the name, the number of games Carragher eventually reaches for the club will be displayed (733 in the example shown). This will also be the number of shirts produced, making the bundle a genuine collector's item.
There'll also be a personally signed programme from the Bootle boy's last game.

A unique certificate of authenticity will be provided.
The cost of a bundle is £125 - plus shipping world-wide. If you'd like to pre-order, please email mike@jamiecarragher.org. Framing service is also available. All profits go to the 23 Foundation.
