Steven Gerrard, Glen Johnson, Stewart Downing and Andy Carroll have been called up by manager Roy Hodgson for the tournament in Ukraine and Poland next month. Midfielder Jordan Henderson is on standby.
The Three Lions will warm up for the finals with a friendly against Norway in Oslo on May 26 before taking on Belgium at Wembley on June 2.
England kick-off their Euro 2012 against France in Donetsk on Monday, June 11.
