Liverpool return to Barclays Premier League action with a clash against West Ham United at Upton Park on Sunday - for the best coverage follow the game on the official website, Twitter and LFC TV.

Over the last few games we've been trialling live updates on @LFC. This will continue on Sunday afternoon, starting at 3pm GMT when you'll see confirmed team news before anywhere else.
