The organisers of the Bupa Great Manchester Run are searching for a Liverpool supporter to join 19 other top-flight fans and raise awareness of Fabrice Muamba's Hearts and Goals campaign.
A year ago, the Bolton Wanderers midfielder suffered a cardiac arrest during a match against Tottenham Hotspur, only surviving after receiving immediate on-pitch treatment and specialist care.
Along with the club, Muamba has since helped to support the Hearts and Goals campaign and will be the official starter of the Great Manchester Run - which will take place on Sunday, May 26, 2013.
Event organisers Nova are aiming to recruit one fan from each Barclays Premier League team to show their support by participating in the race wearing their club's jersey - and that's where you come in.
If you are interested in taking part, tweet @great_run including a picture of yourself in Liverpool colours and the hashtag #runformuamba.
