Charlie Adam played as Scotland recorded a crucial 1-0 victory over Liechtenstein in Euro 2012 qualifying on Saturday night.

The Liverpool midfielder was on the field for 76 minutes in Vaduz to help his country go second in Group I.

Craig Mackail-Smith grabbed the game's only goal and next up for Adam and co are Spain on Tuesday night.
