Philippe Coutinho has all the necessary attributes to establish himself as a star performer in the Barclays Premier League, according to a former teammate and man who'll be out to thwart him.
Queens Park Rangers goalkeeper Julio Cesar witnessed the talent Liverpool's new Brazilian signing possesses on a daily basis while the pair were together at Inter Milan - and he's in no doubt the 20-year-old has what it takes to be a success at Anfield.
"I hope he can do well in a Liverpool shirt," said Cesar. "I send him my best wishes for his new adventure at Liverpool.
"I am convinced that he will prove his quality because off the pitch he really is a golden boy and he'll be able to assert himself."
Coutinho has made two appearances for Liverpool so far, scoring on his full debut against Swansea City.
He's likely to come up against his compatriot Cesar when QPR travel to Anfield in the Barclays Premier League on the final day of the 2012-13 season.
