A busy week for the Reds began with a goalless draw at Swansea City which perhaps should have been a victory. Former Liverpool captain Phil Thompson certainly felt that way.

Brendan Rodgers' side may have lost 2-1 at Tottenham Hotspur on Wednesday but two people with opposing interests agreed that the Reds deserved more from the match.
