Oussama Assaidi featured for the whole 90 minutes on Saturday as Stoke City played out a goalless draw against Hull City in the Barclays Premier League.
Fabio Borini experienced the same outcome, completing 72 minutes of Sunderland's 0-0 stalemate away from home at West Ham United.
At Championship level, defender Andre Wisdom clocked up another 90 minutes and Derby County continued their promotion push by beating Charlton Athletic 2-0.
Elsewhere in the division, left-back Jack Robinson suffered a 2-0 defeat by Queens Park Rangers with Blackpool.
Adam Morgan featured for the final seven minutes of Yeovil Town's 1-1 tie at Barnsley.
In League One, Conor Coady helped Sheffield United claim a 1-0 win over Swindon Town.
In the same flight, Kristoffer Peterson remained on the pitch for the entirety of Tranmere Rovers' 4-1 defeat by Carlisle United, for whom Craig Roddan played 18 minutes.
Spanish midfielder Suso was involved for 64 minutes in La Liga on Sunday; his Almeria side drew 0-0 at home to Espanyol.
Krisztian Adorjan played 13 minutes but could not prevent Groningen from losing 1-0 at Feyenoord.
Later that evening, goalkeeper Pepe Reina was an unused substitute as former Liverpool manager, Rafael Benitez, watched his Napoli team overcome Inter Milan 4-2.
