Liverpool's Academy youngsters have reached the semi-finals of the prestigious Soccer World Challenge in Japan following a comprehensive 4-1 victory over Cerezo Osaka on Thursday.
Led by coaches Stephen Torpey and Dave Rowe, alongside Academy technical director and head of coaching Rodolfo Borrell, the U13s fell behind in their quarter-final clash against Osaka.
However, they levelled proceedings prior to the interval before hitting three second-half goals to seal a comfortable rout.
They will now face Kashiwa Reysol in the semi-finals on Friday.
