For this week's top 10 countdown, we decided to take a look through the statistics and find out which Liverpool player has been the best tackler so far this season.

In order to do this, we laid down strict criteria.
Our list is based on tackle success percentage. If it was based on quantity of tackles, Steven Gerrard would be No.1 with a whopping 65 - but he falls just outside our list with a still impressive success rate of 70.8 per cent.
To appear on the list players need to have featured for at least 600 league minutes. That means Suso - who has completed 100 per cent of his relatively small number of tackles (11) also misses out.
To get us started at No.10 is a tough-tackling full-back who has completed 77.3 per cent of his 44 attempted challenges this season.
