Liverpool's most decorated player - Phil Neal - sneaks into the top 10 with a 74.5 per cent success rate from 12 yards out.

The defender, who scored a penalty in the 1977 European Cup final, finished his Anfield career having scored 38 and missed 13 of the 51 spot-kicks he took.
