Philippe Coutinho shortlisted for FIFA FIFPro World11
Philippe Coutinho has been shortlisted for the FIFA FIFPro World11 for 2017.
The Liverpool attacker is one of 55 players – comprised of five goalkeepers, 20 defenders, 15 midfielders and 15 strikers – nominated to feature in the line-up.
Taking into account performances during the 2016-17 season, the best XI in a 4-3-3 formation will be decided by the votes of more than 24,000 professional footballers around the world.
Coutinho was the Reds’ top scorer last term, bagging 13 Premier League goals as Jürgen Klopp’s side secured Champions League qualification with a top-four finish.
The FIFA FIFPro World11 will be announced on Monday October 23.
