Ahead of Liverpool's Premier League clash with Swansea City this afternoon, club statistician Ged Rea provides a dozen interesting facts and figures on the game.

Liverpool are looking to record their fourth league double over the Swans – and their second in the Premier League – following their 2-1 win at the Liberty Stadium back in October.

At Anfield, the Reds are unbeaten in the 15 league meetings between the sides, winning 12 and drawing three. They have kept nine clean sheets.

Liverpool have scored 65 goals against Swansea in the 22 meetings at Anfield in all competitions, and have netted at least four goals in nine of the 15 league clashes at home.

Philippe Coutinho scored his first goal for the club in a 5-0 win over the Swans in February 2013.

Jordan Henderson has scored more league goals against Swansea (three) than he has done for Liverpool against any other team, while Adam Lallana scored twice in a game for the first time for the Reds against the Welsh side in a 4-1 Anfield win in December 2014.

Henderson is set to captain Liverpool for the 50th time in the Premier League.

Dejan Lovren's next league appearance will be his 100th in England; James Milner's next league goal will be the 50th of his career.

The Reds are one goal short of recording 50 in the Premier League this season. If they find the net today, they will be the first team to achieve the feat.

They are unbeaten in the league at Anfield since Manchester United won 1-0 a year ago. Since then they have won 11 and drawn six of 17 games.

Swansea's win at Crystal Palace earlier this month was their first in nine away league games. The man who scored the winner that night, Angel Rangel, was netting his first goal in 96 league appearances.

The Swans have kept one clean sheet in the last 13 games in league and cup. It came in a 3-0 home win over Sunderland in December.

They lost 4-0 at home to Arsenal last Saturday and in doing so became the first team to score two own goals in a Premier League game since Queens Park Rangers did so against Liverpool in October 2014.
