Jürgen Klopp and Adam Lallana have today been named on the shortlists for the Premier League's respective Manager and Player of the Month awards for December - and supporters can try to help them win.

Liverpool won four of their six top-flight fixtures as 2016 drew to a close.

Those victories included the dramatic last-gasp triumph over Everton at Goodison Park and the 1-0 success against fellow top-of-the-table challengers Manchester City.

Klopp is aiming to win the Manager of the Month award for a second time this season, having scooped the accolade for September.

Meanwhile, Lallana makes the shortlist after featuring in all six of the Reds’ fixtures, scoring four goals.

Klopp is up against Antonio Conte (Chelsea), Jose Mourinho (Manchester United) and Mauricio Pochettino (Tottenham Hotspur).

Lallana faces competition from Alexis Sanchez of Arsenal, Spurs duo Christian Eriksen and Dele Alli, Chelsea’s Diego Costa and Gary Cahill, and Manchester United pair Paul Pogba and Zlatan Ibrahimovic.

The winners will be decided by a combination of a Premier League panel and a public poll worth 10 per cent of the overall vote.

Club captains from across the English top flight will also have a say in who takes the players' award.

You can back the Reds contingent by voting here and here before 11.59pm GMT on Monday January 9.
