Team news: Lovren back as boss makes 10 changes
Dejan Lovren returns and Steven Caulker makes his first start as Liverpool host West Ham United in the FA Cup fourth round this afternoon.
The former is back in the team having not featured since the first leg of the Capital One Cup semi-final against Stoke City on January 5.
Caulker, meanwhile, is handed a maiden appearance from the off following his loan move to the Reds earlier in the month.
With 10 changes in total, Joe Allen wears the captain’s armband as Jürgen Klopp’s men seek to book a place in the competition’s fifth round.
