A man who helped Liverpool lift their most recent European Cup has hailed the kit that his former club will wear on their exploits away from home in the Champions League next season.
Spanish attacker Luis Garcia notched crucial strikes against Bayer Leverkusen, Juventus and Chelsea en route to the Ataturk Stadium in Istanbul and one of the Reds' greatest nights in May 2005.
LFC and Warrior today unveiled their brand new third strip for the 2014-15 campaign, which will be used for Champions League away matches as Brendan Rodgers' side take on the continent's best.
"I love the way this shirt looks," Garcia commented. "The red collar on the black shirt gives it a very stylish look and as always, Warrior has incorporated the best material and details to keep players comfortable whilst playing."
The 36-year-old, who received a rapturous welcome when he visited Anfield in April this year, added: "As a former player and now a fan I'm so excited to see Liverpool back in the Champions League."
