Liverpool FC are rolling out their Soccer Schools programme across the globe this summer.

As with previous courses, they will include coaching philosophies and practices taken directly from the Reds Academy in Liverpool, which has seen nine players make their first team debut over the last two seasons.

With all activity overseen by club coaches, providing participants with the best possible environment to develop key techniques and tactics and offers an insight into how the LFC's young players are developed.

Soccer Schools available this summer

New for 2014 we have five day summer Soccer Schools taking place at the Academy. These courses include LFC player workshops, tailored player programmes, Academy skills challenges and player development feedback.

For the first time LFC have made available a five-day Soccer Schools programme whilst the team is touring the USA. Boston and Charlotte will host these courses in July and August. In addition, our International Football Academy partner club in Texas runs year round coaching programmes for both boys and girls.

From August 2014 we will be running LFC Soccer Schools at six venues in the Tokyo metropolitan area. Young Japanese players aged five to 12 will be able to participate in the player development programmes that we will be delivering across the city.

Across Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland we will be running a series of three-day LFC soccer schools this summer.

Young players can also now learn to play The Liverpool Way in China. We have a range of options for young players and junior teams, all of which will take place at the International Academy facility in Guilin.

In Egypt we continue to deliver year round player development programmes from the Al Rehab and Madinaty Schools in Cairo.

The LFC International Academy is now up and running in India. 64 young players are training full-time at the DSK Dream City in Pune under the guidance of LFC coaches.
