The travelling Kop were naturally in full voice after watching their team reclaim top spot in the Barclays Premier League with a 2-1 victory over West Ham United at Upton Park on Sunday.

As the players warmed down and prepared for a return trip to Merseyside, and manager Brendan Rodgers carried out his post-match media duties, they could probably hear a constant noise.

The sound in question would be the bellowing of Liverpool supporters still inside the stadium, with the fans' current favourite anthem, 'We are Liverpool', resonating in East London.

Liverpoolfc.com news editor James Carroll, in attendance for the clash with the Hammers, captured mobile phone footage of Kopites in celebration mode - which we have made available free below.
