Mascots to meet at Family Park
Merseyside's best-loved mascots will meet face-to-face this evening as Everton's Changy joins Liverpool's mascot Mighty Red at the Family Park.
Located on Anfield Road, the Family Park area provides fantastic entertainment for fans of all ages prior to matches - and has added plenty to the matchday experience.
Prior to kick-off in the eagerly anticipated clash between the Reds and the Blues, both club mascots will be on hand from 5.30pm GMT to 6pm, then from 6.45pm to 7.15pm.
The duo will be posing for photos with supporters and helping to ratchet up the atmosphere ahead of the 222nd Merseyside derby.
The Family Park is open three hours before kick-off on a matchday and is bursting with plenty of fantastic, interactive activities, including an inflatable five-a-side football pitch, football freestyler and a live band.
There's also face-painting, table football and target cages, where you can test your shooting skills as well as a fantastic speed cage. It's free to enter - simply show your match ticket at the gates.
