Crystal Palace supporter Gordon Law, of, provides the view from Selhurst Park and explains why more of the same would see Liverpool claim another three points on Saturday.

How do you rate your season so far?

We began the season well and were unlucky not to get more than just three points from the opening four matches. Tottenham, with all their big-money signings, only beat us with a penalty. Ian Holloway got in hot water afterwards by saying that it would never have gone against a bigger club. Stoke away, we took the lead but were punished by silly defensive errors, before a deserved win over a poor Sunderland side. Swansea, then Southampton ripped us apart and we simply had no answer.

What do you think of your manager?

Ian Holloway masterminded our play-off success over Brighton and Watford with brilliant tactical nous. He is generally well-liked by the fans even though he had to axe some of last season's promotion heroes to make the Premier League's 25-man squad rule. You can tell he cares about the club and fans feel his experience in the top flight with Blackpool can help Palace this time.

How will you approach this one?

Like many teams who come to Anfield, I think the plan will be to defend in numbers, defend deeply and try to punish the Reds on the counter or a set-piece. Palace need to stop making silly mistakes in defence and not overpass across the back as it has already been punished.

Biggest threat to Liverpool?

Young striker Dwight Gayle has pace to burn on the break, and although he has looked a bit nervous stepping up to Premier League football, you get the feeling a goal will get his season going and the rest will follow.

Best way to beat Palace?

I think Liverpool just need to keep playing as they have done and they will get what they want.

How much are you looking forward to visiting Anfield?

Liverpool is a lovely city with friendly people, but Anfield holds lots of bad memories so not so much!

Liverpool player you'd most like to sign for Palace?

We'd love to have Victor Moses return home.
