10 years of LFC in Scandinavia
Liverpool's trip to Norway to face Valerenga has coincided with the 10th anniversary year of the launch of the Reds' international soccer schools in Scandinavia.
Over the past decade, our specialised programmes have coached more than 20,000 young players in the region.
Across Norway, Denmark and Sweden, 26 three-day courses have been run on an annual basis to enable young players to experience 'The Liverpool Way'.
All courses are given by official Liverpool Academy coaches, in order to ensure that the sessions are delivered consistently and to the highest standard in facilities.
The club's soccer schools continue to grow worldwide - with programmes across the globe, as well as in the UK.
