A bargain hoover and fashion by Jose
We catch up with what Reds stars past and present have been getting up to on Twitter during the last week – featuring a bargain hoover and fashion by Jose Enrique.
A busy week for the Reds began with a goalless draw at Swansea City which perhaps should have been a victory. Former Liverpool captain Phil Thompson certainly felt that way.
Nice with a clean sheet and Pepe Reina making crucial saves again. We should have won had the better chances

Meanwhile, one of Thommo's old teammates Kenny Dalglish was throwing his support behind the new Hillsborough single.

Another ex-Red was also backing a campaign of a different kind - Rob Jones' new book.
Looking frwrd to reading this. If it wasn't for Rob's injuries I'd probably not end up in #LFC in 1998. twitter.com/vedgy/status/2…

One current player was more preoccupied with picking up a cheap bargain.

Jose Enrique, meanwhile, was relaxing ahead of the trip to White Hart Lane by spending some time with his family - and he provided visual evidence for his followers.

Teammate Nuri Sahin published a picture of his own, and this time Enrique had a few more clothes on.

Former Reds striker Neil Mellor took time out this week to pass on his words of wisdom to the club's current crop of youngsters.
Had a good chat earlier with Liverpool youth team lads. Hope they took some of it on board. Some great questions.#LFC

Brendan Rodgers' side may have lost 2-1 at Tottenham Hotspur on Wednesday but two people with opposing interests agreed that the Reds deserved more from the match.
I believe the Redmen deserved a draw yesterday ...Have to hang on till Jan and hopefully bring a couple in
