Everton fan Blake Dutton provides the view from Goodison ahead of Saturday's Merseyside derby.
How are Everton fans feeling about this one?
A lot more confident than last time. We're enjoying a good run of results - including some really good football against both Arsenal and City. The last two games haven't been quite as good from a purist's point of view, but after our start to the season we are just happy to be putting some points on the board at last. Like you, we have a really tough February, which will be key to whether we have a chance of sneaking into Europe or not. A result at Anfield would really give us the boost we need for this run of games.
What's behind your good form?
Confidence. You can see all the players have had a boost; be it from picking up some results, the return of some of the walking wounded or the return to form of some key players. Fellaini's move to a deeper role in the middle seemed to be the catalyst for things. Cahill also seems to have found the route to the back of the net recently. Cahill is our barometer - if he is in the headlines we tend to be doing well.
Key battles?
Fellaini v Gerrard will be the big one. Fellaini playing at the base of our midfield and Gerrard at the top of yours means they'll never be too far from each other. Both key players for their respective sides. We'll be hoping that Fellaini brings his Liège shorts with the Gerrard shaped pockets he was wearing when Moyes decided to splash the cash in the first place. Also there will be the standard Cahill v who ever is marking him from set pieces, an area which has proved successful in the past.
Unlikely hero?
Heitinga's successful move to centre-back has snuck under the radar (his versatility and our injuries means he has played a few positions already) . He has brought some steel and leadership to the defence. Donovan has pace, which is something we have not been able to bring to a derby for a few years. Many Blues will be hoping Arteta can return to produce an inspired cameo - he has certainly looked in reasonable form in the few minutes we have seen of him so far. I may have a sneaky pound though on Yakubu as last goalscorer returning from Africa via the bench.
Everton weaknesses?
Not sure who will partner Heitinga at centre-back. Distin missed the last game through injury, Senderos hasn't played much football this season and Jagielka and Yobo are still injured. Senderos will probably get the nod, and has had another week of training and getting to know his new teammates. A big jump from Wigan to the derby though!
What would your teamtalk sound like?
It's all about keeping the confidence up and being patient with the ball. Keep the ball on the floor and give Liverpool no time when they have it. Whenever we have the opportunity we need to get at your full-backs. Also, whoever is taking set pieces, if you don't get the ball past the first man, you're fined!
Best and worst memories at Anfield?
My first ever game was us losing 3-1 at Anfield. I've only been back once - a nil nil draw. So I'd have to say my worst memory is entering and my best is leaving.
Who is going to have the bragging rights come Saturday afternoon?
Being away from home may actually suit us for this one. I can't see you taking the three points this time. However, I can't see past a score draw, probably one all.
