At the start of each season the club sets up a master overlay of ticket allocations that they are either contractually obliged to provide or have as a requirement of sale.
This is the initial plan that the club works from for each home Premier League game.
The complete breakdown of Liverpool's match ticket allocation for the Barclays Premier League fixtures in season 2011-12 is as follows:
ST holders (includes disabled seating): 24,900
Hospitality ST holders: 2,100
Hospitality match tickets: 1,350
Members (including branch tickets and disabled seating): 9,950
Late availability: 450
Staff and players: 1,500
Partners: 1,000
Visitors: 3,000
Additional eg St John's Ambulance/Sweeper Zone/emergency seats/secretarial allocation: 800
Segregation: 200
Total: 45,250
