Over the past 12 months, Liverpool Football Club has been working alongside our ticketing system supplier to deliver a more stable online ticketing sales service.
Having made a number of improvements this season, the club will continue to invest heavily in its ticketing infrastructure during the summer months, with a view to improving this service further.
The first of these enhancements is a new online queuing system. This will be a true queue that allocates fans a session on the ticketing website on a first come, first served basis.
The queuing system will be used for the first time for the Chelsea (league match) general sale on Monday 30th April. For further information about the queuing system you can visit our FAQs by clicking here>>
