We can now confirm the official Members' ticket sale process for Barclays Premier League home fixtures due to be played in the first half of this season, up until January 1, 2015.
How can I buy tickets?

It's difficult to get through on the booking line. Is there another way for me to buy tickets?
During the Members' ticket sale, we have extra staff to manage the phones but due to the high volume of calls at peak times it can still be extremely busy. We do have an online system for booking tickets and would recommend you use that channel.
Could the sale take place at the weekend?
We will consider all options that will help to further improve the Members' ticket sale. Holding the sale at a weekend has been suggested by the official supporters' committee and it is something we are reviewing. Before any changes are made regarding this sale we would consult fully with our Members.
Can I buy seats anywhere in the stadium and can they be together?
We make every effort to satisfy our Members' requests but due to the huge demand for seats and the fact we only have a relatively limited number of seats available, a large proportion of which are single seats, we cannot guarantee we will be able to give you your preferred seats.
Can the Members' sale be on a game by game basis again?
We want to provide the best possible process for Members and in the past we used to sell tickets on a game by game basis but feedback received from Members stated that it was difficult for supporters to plan ahead and also meant 19 sale days which took up a lot of people's time. The main Members' ticket sales are now completed in six mornings (three in July and three in November).
What is the sales criteria to purchase tickets?
The sales criteria is based on the number of games purchased and recorded by a supporter throughout the previous season. For the last Members' sale the criteria was 13 games; however, due to the increased number of qualifying Members, this season it will be 14 games.
The criteria is based on the number of Members who qualify in the lead up to the sale and wait as long as possible to make sure it is accurate. Supporters are still renewing now and some are buying memberships who have games recorded from the general sales.
Can you stagger the sales criteria to give more Members the opportunity to purchase tickets?
We are committed to giving everyone an opportunity to watch the team play at Anfield. We have to recognise that some supporters commit to coming to the majority of our games so we have an element of the sale that gives those supporters a priority. We have to assume that everyone who is eligible will take up the offer to buy a ticket and therefore there will only be a limited amount of tickets remaining. It is important that we are able to provide all members with an opportunity to purchase those remaining tickets to attend a game at Anfield.
We constantly review how we sell our tickets and the club's official supporters committee has provided valuable feedback on this process. We will continue to work with the supporters committee and review any feedback that could further improve the Members' ticket sale process.
What improvements have been made to this season's sale?
We constantly review how we sell our tickets and the club's official supporters' committee has provided valuable feedback on this process. We have improved best available seating choice in order to simplify and speed up the booking process. Members can now either select the best seats available within a particular stand and the system will search for the best availability. We have also introduced the best alternative seating so if the number of seats you have chosen in a particular area are not available together, the system will now search for the closest area in the stadium to allocate together your chosen number of seats.
Can I make a suggestion to improve the Members' ticket sale?
We would welcome feedback from Members on how to further improve the Members' ticket sale.
